Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Insomnia is an evidenced based treatment that can help, whether you have been managing insomnia for a while or for decades.  If you have tried healthy sleep habits, sleep hygiene, supplements and sleep aid without finding the benefits you've been seeking then it may be a good time to see if CBT-I may help you.  The first steps involve assessing your baseline sleep habits and then working together to develop specific strategies to develop an action plan to address your sleep concerns.
