How I Work

About Me/How I Work

My therapeutic style is engaging, warm, supportive, practical and intuitive.  I am an LGBT ally and work well with people from all spiritual belief systems.


Helping people improve their relationships, manage stress, adjust to changes in life and reduce anxiety and depression are primary focuses of my practice.  My hope is that we may work together to learn and practice new tools that will support you achieving your personal goals.  I have been helping people from all walks of life for more than 10 years and look forward to learning about your life experiences.


Utilizing interventions from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused, Mindfulness (EFT), Solution-Focused, Problem Solving, Compassion Focused, Narrative and Motivational Therapy, we can work together to develop strategies for you to improve your ability to create the changes in your life that you crave.
