These are among the most common concerns that most people deal with in their mental health.  Anxiety and Depression can affect our ability to connect with others, resolve problems with others, impact performance in our careers and personal lives and sap our ability to enjoy our life as fully as we are capable.  I utilize combinations of CBT, Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness and Motivational therapy to support clients to make the meaningful changes in their lives that they are seeking.
